Colds & Flu
Colds are by far the most common illness in the world.
In the United States, 90% of the population will have at least
one cold per year.

The flu is similar, and sometimes has the same symptoms
as a cold, but is often much more severe and lasts longer.

Ah-Choo!
Prepare Yourself for This Cold Season

I want to share with you what you can do to help strengthen
your immune system. Here are a few tips to prepare you and
your family for the onslaught of the cold season, which tends
to run from September until March or April.

While nutritional supplements and homeopathic medicines
may not always prevent disease, they can decrease the severity
and duration of symptoms while boosting immunity - something
that symptom suppressors, such as over the counter remedies,
cannot do.

Who Is At Highest Risk?

A compromised immune system can cause an entire host of more
serious and longer lasting problems than the common cold and
flu bugs.

People with the following conditions may be at
the highest risk autoimmune problems like Fibromyalgia,
lymphomas, and rheumatoid arthritis etc.

If you suffer from allergies and asthma,
you know how imperative it is that you keep
a strong immune system.

There are a number of reasons all of us should be
more serious about Building a strong immune system,
including taking a strong proactive approach to our
health by taking responsibility for our own bodies and
Not waiting for symptoms to occur.

The question you may be asking yourself now is,

"What can I do?"
There are three things that you must do to help body
take care of itself.
1) Cleanse or detoxify for clean blood.
2) Exercise for good circulation
3) Rest Sufficiently

The NEXT STEP is to take is proper nutrition
which feeds, nourishes and supports your body.

Supplement with a good liquid ionic,
Whole-food dietary supplements

The secret to Good Health supplying the
body with over 58 phytonutrients.

Women Over age 40 need- a calcium/ mineral supplement
with supportive nutrients for hormonal imbalance.

I should know I am 48....

These products are NOT just for colds and the flu,
But when
you give the body what it needs or

What it is lacking nutritionally

It takes Care of All HEALTH Challenges.

There are great products that
will help you, so do not waste another day;
Start building your IMMUNE SYSTEM TODAY.

These principles will of control the effect of the Cold or Flu:

Cleanse and Detoxify-

Cleansing the blood makes it clean and toxic free.

Eat Your Fruits and Veggies

Taking a daily multi-vitamin also helps ensure
that you will receive an adequate dose of
minerals and vitamins.

Liquid WHOLE FOOD vitamins are
the best choice and offer more absorption.

Exercise-Circulates the blood rapidly to supply cell
structures with all the necessary building elements.

Rest- to strengthen and regenerate
the weak organs of the body.

On average, a person needs
seven to eight hours of sleep every night.

You may ask why?

Lack of sleep can lower the immune system's
ability to react when needed.
Without sufficient sleep, the immune system is hard-pressed
to keep up with its nightly repair work.

This creates the opportunity for
disease processes to begin.

These are just a few suggestions the fall season
without a runny nose, achy head and persistent cough.

Your doctor tells you what you already know:
"Rest, and drink plenty of fluids."
